Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet High School lockdown lifted following false threat

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet High School was on lockdown this morning due to a threat.

Police investigated and found that it was a hoax.

Metro Police reiterated that they take any and all reports of potential threats seriously and that threatening mass violence against a school is a zero tolerance offense at MNPS and a crime.
