Police have been searching for a man who robbed a local Regions Bank.
The crime happened around 12:50 p.m. Friday at the bank’s branch in the 3000 block of West End Avenue.
Authorities said the suspect gave the teller a robbery note, but no weapon was seen.
The teller complied, and police said the robber fled on foot.
The suspect was described as having white facial hair. He appeared to be in his 50s or early 60s with a thin build and was wearing a blue coat and a black fedora hat.
