Man Stabbed During Heated Argument In Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A man was stabbed during a late night, heated argument southeast of downtown Nashville.

The incident happened shortly before midnight Tuesday at a market on Millwood Drive, not far from the Nashville International Airport.

Officials with the Metro Nashville Police Department said the victim got into an argument with his ex-girlfriend and her current boyfriend, identified as Bobby Mosely.

At some point, Mosely allegedly pulled a knife and stabbed the victim at least five times. 

He was rushed to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he was said to be in critical condition.

Police said Mosely had blood on his hands and arms at the time of his arrest. He was taken into custody and charged with attempted criminal homicide. 

The victim's identity was not released.
