Man stabbed at Franklin apartment complex; residents asked to check doorbell cams

FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WTVF) — Police have asked Franklin residents to check their doorbell cameras after a man was stabbed in an apartment complex parking lot.

The stabbing happened around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Viera Cool Springs apartments on Royal Oaks Boulevard.

According to police, a 19-year-old was stabbed “repeatedly” by another man. The motive remains unknown at this time.

Investigators said the victim’s injuries are serious but he’s in stable condition at an area hospital.

Police asked residents to check their outdoor cams for any anything that might help. Anyone with information should call Franklin Police at (615) 794-2513.
