NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A man was shot and killed Friday evening at the Nashville Inn and Suites on Atrium Way. Metro Nashville police (MNPD) are asking for assistance locating two suspects.
MNPD officials say the victim was shot at least two times in the chest. He was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he died from his injuries.
MNPD has identified the victim as 42-year-old Brian Kuffrey.
Police investigation so far has revealed the shooting stemmed from an argument at a Donelson Pike drug store the hour before the shooting took place.
It is believed that two men from the argument went to the motel and shot Kuffrey. One suspect is believed to have left in a silver Jeep Cherokee, while the other man is believed to have left in a red Chrysler PT Cruiser.
