A man has been indicted in an exchange of gunfire that killed another man in a public housing parking lot.
Authorities said 23-year-old Anthony London was killed on July 22, 2017 in the parking lot located on South 6th Street.
Officials said London was shot in the head during the exchange of gunfire.
Injured in the shooting was 23-year-old Treshon Patton, who was shot in the stomach. Officials confirmed Patton has been indicted with first-degree murder in London’s death.
Patton reportedly surrendered to police late Thursday night, just before midnight.
According to an investigation, the gunfire was the result of an ongoing dispute between the two men.
