A man who was already in custody for first degree murder has been indicted in another death.
Reports stated 28-year-old Timothy Elijah Ogburn was incarcerated in Montgomery County for the May 19 homicide of Julian Torres. In that case, Ogburn was charged with first degree premeditated murder and being a convicted felon in possession of a weapon.
Now, Ogburn has been served new indictments in the May 23 death of Tanesha Hardy.
Thursday, authorities confirmed Ogburn was charged with first degree murder, two counts of attempted first degree murder, and multiple other charges.
