NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Police continue investigating an incident in which a man died following a fight in downtown Nashville.
Police said 30-year-old Nicholas Christian died at Vanderbilt University Medical Center after he was knocked to the ground and continuously punched during a fight that involved several individuals in Downtown Nashville near 2nd and Commerce Street.
Surveillance video shows those who are believed to have been involved in the fight. Police said most of them were identified and later interviewed.
The investigation remains ongoing. An autopsy on Christian is pending, police said.
Anyone who witnessed the fight or recorded it on their cell phone was also asked to contact police.
