NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A man was arrested early Sunday morning by FBI agents in Nashville on charges relating to the riot at the U.S. Capitol on January 6.
"It happened around 6 in the morning," said a neighbor of the suspect."I heard three huge blasts and my first thought was it's another bomb and was prepared to go in my basement. It sounded like nine cars maybe and so I opened my door and looked out the window and the sky was lit up red and blue, there were so many lights."
The Department of Justice identified the man as Blake A. Reed. The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Tennessee provided the following screenshot of Reed's Facebook hours after the riots took place.
The 35-year-old is being held in the Davidson County Jail.
