NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Police arrested three teenagers after a gas station in Nashville was burglarized overnight.
The incident happened around 1:40 a.m. Tuesday at a Mapco on Harding Pike.
A Metro police officer was patrolling the area and spotted four teens in the parking lot. They drove away and later stopped on Gaywood Drive after the driver hit a guardrail.
Two stayed in the car but the other two ran away. Officers caught up to one of them but a fourth remains at large.
Police said the teens are 15, 16 and 17. They found several stolen items from inside their car, including lottery tickets, JUUL e-cigarettes, cigarettes, food, drink and toiletries.
Police say they used a brick to break the front glass of the store. The suspects -- two boys and a girl -- have all been charged with burglary, evading arrest, leaving the scene of an accident and violating curfew.
