The Spring Tennessee Craft Fair kicked off its 47th year in Centennial Park.
The event allows craft artists to come and showcase their work and teach the public about the crafting process.
Craft volunteers also work with ten local non-profits to provide educational art activities for the younger fair visitors.
The Director of the event says that the fair has a little something for everyone.
"It's a blast. We have stuff for kids to do. We have demonstrations. We have a demo tent but a lot of our artist demonstrate in their booth. There's just lots to look at. You can take home gifts for mothers fathers graduation wedding and for yourself for sure."
The fair will continue throughout the weekend and ends Sunday evening.
