A barricade situation has ended in North Nashville with the arrest of one man.
Police said they took a 51-year-old male suspect into custody after 5 p.m. Saturday. He has been charged with aggravated assault.

Authorities confirmed the man had barricaded himself inside.
SWAT team members and K-9 units surrounded the home. Officials were able to get three people out of the home, leaving on the suspect inside. No injuries were reported.
The man, whose identity had not been released, was taken into custody after authorities had been on the scene for several hours.

Police said they had originally responded to the scene as a domestic call involving an edged weapon just before 2 p.m. Saturday.
