Nashville's full size replica of the Greek Parthenon has been set to go on display in full color.
According to reports, Tokyo Broadcasting Systems on Monday will project what are believed to be the original colors of the ancient temple onto Nashville's replica. The event is part of a travelogue show whose name translates into English as "Discover the World's Wonders."
The transformation of the tan-colored building that forms the centerpiece of Nashville's Centennial Park has been scheduled to take place at 8 p.m. and will be accompanied by music from performers with Nashville's Blackbird Theater.
The event was set to be free and open to the public.
