Bradley Madden has been set to appear for a hearing.
Records showed he would be in court Monday.
His father, Timothy, has been accused of kidnapping, raping, and murdering 7-year-old Gabbi Doolin in Kentucky.
Bradley allegedly confessed to posting threatening messages to the Scottsville Police Department’s Facebook page after his father's arrest.
The 20-year-old has been set to face more than 30 counts, including terroristic threatening.
The older Madden has been scheduled to appear in court in July.
