NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — The Live on the Green Festival will be the Live on My Green FM Festival this year.
With the traditional festival having been canceled due to COVID-19, the Live on My Green Festival is set to play recorded live performances from various artists over Labor Day weekend. It scheduled to begin September 3 and run through September 6.
Lightning 100 promises never before heard content and interviews with artists, including Amos Lee, Bruce Hornsby, Devon Gilfillian, Jack Johnson and Friends, Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, Liza Anne, Moon Taxi, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Wood Brothers and more.
“Live music looks much different this year,” said Lester Turner, president of Tuned in Broadcasting, Lightning 100 and the executive producer for Live on the Green. “We cannot have an on-site event this year, but we want to be the soundtrack for your on-site event - in your backyard, on the water or wherever you may be all weekend long."
The Live on My Green FM Festival is scheduled for over the air on Lightning 100.1 FM. The Live on the Green Music Festival will return to Public Square Park in 2021.
