A Kentucky man accused of hiring someone to kill his family has pled guilty to four counts of capital murder.
Authorities in Cadiz, Kentucky said on Thursday Ryan Champion pleaded guilty to those counts as well as one count of kidnapping.
Champion was accused of allegedly hiring a man to kill his father, mother, and sister.
Kentucky State Police said he hired 22-year-old Vito Riservato to kill Boyd, Joy, and Emily Champion. Their bodies were found inside their Cadiz home on October 26, 2014. Riservato was also found dead.
Champion has been set to serve life in prison without the benefit of probation or parole.
