NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Kroger has announced it’s recalling at least four spices sold in the middle Tennessee and southern Kentucky areas due to salmonella concerns.
The recall alert was issued Monday and affects Kroger stores in Nashville, Knoxville and Memphis, in addition to Hopkinsville and Bowling Green.
The following items were named in the recall:
- Kroger Bac’N Buds, 12 oz.
- Kroger Coarse Ground Black Pepper, 17.1 oz.
- Kroger Ground Cinnamon, 18.3 oz.
- Kroger Garlic Powder, 24.7 oz.
Store officials said the products may be contaminated with salmonella.
