Police in Clarksville have asked the public’s help in locating two men accused of kidnapping, assaulting and robbing a woman.

The incident was reported on September 23 at a home on Oak Plains Road. Police said 45-year-old Kelly Halliburton and 37-year-old Adam Felts entered the home and demanded $800 from a woman.

When she couldn’t produce the money, police said they robbed, assaulted and then forced her outside into a vehicle.

The victim told investigators they talked about driving her to the river bottoms and causing her harm.

At the intersection of McAdoo Creek Road and Sango Road, she was able to jump out of the car and run to a convenience store for help.

Police said both Halliburton and Felts are wanted on charges of aggravated kidnapping, aggravated assault and robbery.

Halliburton is said to be 5 feet 11 inches tall, 262 pounds, with balding gray hair and blue eyes. They said his bond was set at $100,000.

Felts is 5 feet 6 inches tall, 150 pounds, with blonde hair and hazel eyes. His bond was also set at $100,000.
