A man charged with rape in Gallatin has been arrested in Murray, Kentucky.
Officials with the Kentucky State Police said they arrested 45-year-old Michael Foster, of Murray, around 11 a.m. Thursday.
He was charged with being a fugitive from another state and was lodged into the Calloway County Jail.
Foster had a warrant out of Gallatin charging him with rape. Further details were not immediately available.
