NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A 16-year-old male was taken to the hospital after being shot in Donelson Sunday afternoon.
Police responded around 1:45 pm to Heron Pointe Apartments on Heron Pointe Drive.
A 16-year-old was shot in the back by a black male suspect wearing all black. The suspect fired a shot. then fled in a white four-door vehicle.
The victim was taken to Vanderbilt.
The investigation is ongoing.
