It's now been six months since a little boy disappeared in Dickson County, but no one is giving up on the case of Joe Clyde Daniels.
Joe Clyde disappeared from his home on April 4, 2018. A few days later investigators said his father, Joseph Daniels, admitted beating him to death.
He's been charged with homicide but has allegedly refused to say where he disposed of the body.
Joe Clyde's mother, Krystal, has been charged with aggravated child neglect.
There have been several organized searches looking for the child's body. However, his remains have still not been found.
More searches are expected to be scheduled for this fall.
Regardless of whether the body is found, Joseph and Krystal Daniels – both of whom are in jail – are set to stand trial early next year.
