ROBERTSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WTVF) — Interstate 65 is now reopened Monday after emergency crews cleaned up an overturned tanker truck.
Cleaning up the wreck took hours and resulted in miles-long backup during the Nashville rush hour.
Crews had to transfer 6,000 gallons from the tractor-trailer. They pumped the fuel at 150 gallons per minute.
Authorities haven't released the cause of the crash or if any injuries were reported.
