NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Even though it might not be taking care of guests during the COVID-19 shutdown, the Hermitage Hotel downtown is still finding ways to serve the community.
For the past few weeks, hotel workers have been serving meals to Nashville's first responders and Wednesday was Metro Police's turn to get some good home cooking.
Hotel officials tell us they served 400 meals to officers at eight precincts today and plan to expand the program going forward by partnering with Second Harvest Food Bank.
