Metro Animal Care and Control announced it’s offering an adoption special for Halloween.
The “Howl-O-Ween” adoption special runs from Oct. 26 through 31. All dog adoption fees will be reduced.
During these two days, you can draw from the candy bowl to pick for your fee—ranging from $0-$20. MACC’s regular adoption fees can run as much as $90.
According to a release, all adopted pets at MACC will come spay/neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on all vaccinations.
If you’re not able to adopt, you can still help by becoming a foster parent for a week. Officials said pet fostering is flexible enough for most lifestyles and all veterinary care, medication and care supplies are provided by MACC.
MACC is open for adoption Monday through Sunday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. They also have special evening hours on Thursday until 6 p.m.
