BRENTWOOD, Tenn. - A former school custodian in Williamson County will serve three and a half years in prison and must register as a sex offender.

Victor Alvarado pleaded guilty to observation without consent after spying on young girls in an elementary school bathroom.

Police say he climbed into the ceiling above the girls’ bathroom at Scales Elementary so he could watch them.

The 48-year old has been in the Williamson County Jail ever since his arrest more than a year ago.

Alvarado must not have contact with any of his victims or their families.
