The former home of country legend Johnny Cash was put up for sale.
A businessman bought the property on Old Hickory Lake from Barry Gibb two years ago with plans of opening a rehab center there.
Those plans fell through amid community resistance. The home and much of the property was destroyed in a fire in 2007.
The estate is expected to be auctioned off with the buyer's plans for preserving the Cash history part of the consideration process.
Johnny and June Carter Cash lived in the home for 35 years.
