NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Federal Emergency Management Agency officials were on the ground in Nashville one week after a deadly, EF-3 tornado hit the Metro area.

They set up camp at Lee Chapel AME Church in North Nashville at at 1200 Dr. DB Todd Jr. Boulevard and will be there until Saturday. Officials will be helping storm victims from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.

They're hoping storm survivors will stop by and register with FEMA for federal disaster assistance. The Small Business Administration can also help you if FEMA assistance isn't enough.

"If you are referred, fill out a loan application. Interest rate may be as low as 1.56%. You may receive up to $200,000. This is to make you whole again. If money you get is not enough, this money can help you rebuild your home," said Tamim Choudhury of the U.S. Small Business Administration.

You can also apply for FEMA assistance by downloading their app or calling 800-621-3362.
