The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says the 5-year-old child missing out of Coopertown has been found safe.
Officials say 5-year-old JaiVoni Cayetano-Wordlaw's father who does not have custody took him yesterday.
The boy was found safe and now his non-custodial father, Jaiquinton Wordlaw is facing charges.
Wordlaw was wanted on a probation violation.
