An Endangered Child Alert has been issued for an 8-month-old boy out of DeKalb County. The boy was believed to be in the custody of his parents, who both have warrants out for their arrest.

The statewide alert was issued on behalf of the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Wednesday morning.

Officials said 8-month-old Xavier Billings was last seen with his biological parents. His mother was identified as Adriana Billings. His father was identified as Andrew Billings.

The two were accused of fleeing the scene of a crash on Thursday, November 10. Investigators found the makings of a mobile meth lab in the vehicle.

Deputies said both parents were wanted on active warrants for manufacturing methamphetamine and aggravated child abuse.

Anyone who has seen Xavier or his parents has been asked to contact the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office at 615-215-3000 or the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
