NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — NewsChannel 5 has teamed up with ProPublica for coverage of the November 3 election. Through this partnership, you can let us know directly of any problems they may encounter in the polls this year.

ProPublica is a nonprofit newsroom based in New York City. The partnership - called Electionland - is a collaboration they've organized with newsrooms throughout the country.

A major aspect of the partnership is the ability for viewers and readers to submit tips on any issues they run into that may prevent them from voting. Such issues can include mail ballot delivery problems, changed voting locations, long lines, registration problems, purged voter rolls, broken machines and voter intimidation.

You can sign up to be able to submit an Electionland tip any of the following ways:

  • Complete this online form
  • Text the word VOTE to 81380
  • Send a tip via Facebook Messenger with this link
  • Send the word VOTE to 1-850-909-8683 on WhatsApp

As we team up with ProPublica for their Electionland project to track election integrity, tell us if you experience or witness any problems casting your ballot this year.
