Early Tuesday morning, the sheriff's office put out an alert to tell people they were searching for Beard in the area of Bethesda Road and Lewisburg Pike.
According to Williamson County Public Information Administrator Sharon Puckett, deputies initiated a traffic stop with Beard, but he reportedly drove away from the stop, crashed the car he was driving, and ran.
Beard was charged with violation of probation, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and evading arrest. He is being held without bond.
