Country Music star Darryl Worley was "arrested" on Friday as part of a school project at Friendship Christian Academy in Lebanon.
It was part of the "CSI: Case of the Missing Cupcakes" Fun Lab conducted by fifth and sixth graders at the end of each school year.
Students are tasked with figuring out who "stole" cupcakes by combing through a crime scene, interviewing witnesses and suspects, and working together to compile evidence with the help of Lebanon Police.
Santa, a Chick-fil-A cow, the school's mascot, teachers, and Darryl Worley were all suspects in the cupcakes theft.
At the crime scene, students found a pair of cowboy boots, a paper with song lyrics on it, fingerprints, hair samples, and a Darryl Worley guitar pick.
Worley's alibi was that he was at the school delivering homework to his daughter, who attends the school.
Some of the students though Worley was framed, but with the help of teachers and police, came to the conclusion that Worley was their man.
Worley was "arrested" by Lebanon Police, then later released and allowed to rejoin the students to enjoy the "stolen" cupcakes.
Worley said he was happy to be at the school to help the students in their project and help the students learn about how police conduct their investigations.
