SUMMARY: Detectives charged Kenneth Brown with reckless homicide in the shooting death of Malik Khayyan inside a Donald Street home. The investigation showed a pistol discharged when Brown retrieved the weapon from Khayyan’s hand. The bullet struck the 19 year old in the neck. Witnesses said the shooting was not intentional.
STATUS: Kenneth Dorian Brown, 18, was charged with reckless homicide.
