SUMMARY: Jaezoine Woods, 15, was shot and killed at the J.C. Napier homes after an altercation with unknown suspects. Woods was shot once and began to run away when he was cut off by the suspects’ vehicle and shot again. The teenager collapsed in the road and died a short time later. A woman suffered minor injuries after she was hit by an apparent ricochet in the gunfire.
