A convicted bank robber has been captured and placed behind bars.
Officials with the Metro Nashville Police Department said James Orion Fox was arrested in Smyrna.
He was wanted in connection to two bank robberies in July. The first happened on July 11 at the Fifth Third Bank branch in the 2300 block of Murfreesboro Pike, and the second robbery took place July 24 at the Fifth Third Bank location in the 400 block of Church Street.
The 49-year-old was convicted for bank robbery in 2002 and received a 15-year sentence.
