NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Major changes to the WeGo transit system will begin Sunday, September 29.
The changes aim to increase on-time performance and service efficiency in an effort to address the public transit agency's $8.7 million operating budget deficit.
This includes rescheduling, rerouting, combining and route eliminations.
New routing information can be found at WeGoTransit.com.
Some third-party apps like Google Maps or Apple Maps may not have the updated routing information. The city is encouraging riders to download the Transit App, use ride.nashvillemta.org or pick up a printed schedule at WeGo Central for the most update information.
