Carrie Underwood has been at home recovering from a fall that sent her to the hospital.
According to her representatives, Underwood fell outside her home Friday night. She did not have life-threatening injuries, but she did sustain a broken wrist, as well as some cuts and abrasions.
Underwood was taken to the hospital to be treated. Her husband, Mike Fisher, made it back to Nashville overnight, and Underwood has since been released from the hospital.
She will no longer be able to perform at the Country Rising concert Sunday night at Bridgestone Arena.
Her representatives said her “recovery will take some time and she appreciates all prayers and well wishes.”
