NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A Nashville institution of more than 60 years has been named the best ice cream shop in the state.
Business Insider teamed up with Foursquare to find the best ice cream shops in each state by taking into account the social media site's user likes, saves, shares and tip sentiment, among others.
Bobbie’s Dairy Dip was picked as the number one choice in Tennessee.
According to its Facebook page, the restaurant has been serving burgers, shakes and ice cream in Nashville since 1951.
Some of its most popular flavors have included blue raspberry and peanut butter. Business Insider also noted the ice cream shop’s famous hand-dipped, soft-serve cones.
