NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — It was one of the biggest prom nights in Music City. Sunday, Best Buddies hosted their annual prom at Bridgestone Arena, an annual dance for teens and young adults with intellectual disabilities from schools across the state.

It's an event many said they were looking forward to for months, excited to reconnect with friends they made at previous proms, and eager to meet new ones. Everybody agreed, when it came down to it -- the night was about cutting loose!

Best Buddies is a national organization. It's Tennessee chapter puts on events all year long for people with intellectual disabilities.
