HARTSVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Avah Richmond, a 5-month-old baby, has been found safe after the TBI issued an Amber Alert out of Trousdale County.
The alert was issued after she was last seen yesterday in Hartsville.
Officials took Ryan Allan Richmond, 42, into custody without incident.
