NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Former Nashville Mayor David Briley has returned to his law practice after a failed bid for reelection earlier this year.
Briley lost to John Cooper in the mayoral runoff back in September. He was elected as Nashville’s vice mayor in 2015 and became mayor in 2018 after a scandal brought down former Mayor Megan Barry.
