A popular downtown Nashville restaurant has shut down after part of the roof collapsed.
The incident happened Saturday. One of the owners at Acme Feed and Seed said they discovered "structural problems" and described the issue as a "broken floorboard."
The Nashville Fire Department called the issue a partial roof collapse.
Luckily no injuries were reported. Acme representatives initially said the rooftop would be closed the rest of the day Saturday, but they added the first and second floors would open at 7 p.m. Saturday.
Just over an hour after that announcement, fire officials issued a stop work order to be posted at the business, and Acme confirmed the business would be completely closed.
Update: we have issued a stop work order posted on Acme until Codes and structural engineer can inspect.
