A 7-year-old in Warren County, Kentucky was killed when he reportedly ran into the path of a vehicle.
The crash happened Friday on Morgantown Road.
Reports stated a 17-year-old was driving south in a 1992 Ford F-150 when the 7-year-old allegedly ran into the road.
Crews with the Hadley Volunteer Fire Department and Medical Center EMS treated the child at the scene. He was taken to the Medical Center in Bowling Green where he passed away.
Authorities said speed and alcohol were not factors in the crash.
The investigation remained ongoing.
