Four people have been arrested following a fatal shooting in Todd County, Kentucky.
According to the Kentucky State Police, 47-year-old Jerry Robertson, of Guthrie, Kentucky, was fatally shot.
Troopers received a call about a suspicious vehicle on Stateline Road just after 4:30 p.m. Sunday. They arrived at the scene and found Robertson dead from a gunshot wound.
An investigation led officials to arrest four people in connection to Robertson’s death.
Reports stated 31-year-old Daniel G. Westbrook, of Russellville, Kentucky, has been charged with one count of murder. He was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
Brandi M. Scruggs, age 26 of Guthrie, Kentucky, was charged with complicity to murder and tampering with physical evidence. She was also lodged in the Logan County Jail.
Also arrested was 36-year-old Timmie J. Latham, of Bowling Green, Kentucky. He was charged with complicity to murder and tampering with physical evidence. Latham was lodged in the Hart County Jail.
The fourth arrest was 22-year-old Faith L. Martin, of Bowling Green, Kentucky. She was charged with complicity to murder and tampering with physical evidence. She was also lodged in the Hart County Jail.
Detectives said they are now searching for Douglas Ray Cropper, age 41, in the case. He's a white male, 5’8” tall and 200 to 230 pounds, with green eyes and brown hair. Arrest warrants have been issued, charging him with one count complicity to murder, and one count of tampering with physical evidence.
