Bobby Lenor III, age 18, turned himself in to the Montgomery County Jail around 12:15 p.m. Thursday, according to officials.

Authorities said he was wanted for criminal homicide in the shooting death of Charles Whitfield who was killed on College Street in the early morning hours of May 23.
