Two men were arrested in Warren County, Kentucky on multiple drug charges.
Authorities said they made contact with 29-year-old Julio Ortega and 28-year-old Marcelo Souza at a home in the 6500 block of Glen Lily Road around 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
They had responded to that location on a drug tip and discovered a heavy odor of marijuana.
A search warrant turned up a total of more than two pounds of marijuana, half a gram of cocaine, and $1,266. All of it was seized.
Both were arrested and were being held in the Warren County Regional Jail.
Ortega was charged with trafficking in marijuana over eight ounces, possession of a controlled substance first offense (cocaine), tampering with physical evidence, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Souza was charged with alcohol intoxication first offense, possession of controlled substance first offense (cocaine), tampering with physical evidence, and endangering the welfare of a minor.
