One person was killed and a second injured in a shooting on Cliff Drive.
The crime happened around 9:20 p.m. Saturday at a home in the 3100 block of the street.
According to reports, officers found two male victims at the scene. One of the victims, later identified as 40-year-old Frank Blair IV, passed away at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, police said.
The second victim had a gunshot wound to his arm. He was treated and released from the hospital.
Witnesses said a man wearing a hoodie pulled tight over his face and a mask approached the front porch and fired several shots into the living room through the storm door. The interior door was open.
Blair was sitting inside watching a football game with two friends, and one was the second victim whose identity has not been released.
