Unique Artwork Found At TailGate Brewery

There’s a lot "brewing" in Nashville these days, but TailGate Brewery is one place that really knows how to take a cool idea and run with it!

They started their Nashville brewing operation in 2014. Since then, they’ve grown to a 50-barrel system with 30 of their own, house-brewed beers on tap at each of their taproom locations.

The beer is awesome – but it’s what you SEE when you walk into one of their locations, that makes my list for a "Music City Must."

When you look around there’s a ton of incredible art everywhere. It covers the walls, the merchandise, and even the cans. Every single beer tells a story that’s unique to Nashville, right there, on the label.

At TailGate Brewery, they have their own in-house Art Director, a guy named Drew. One day he mentioned he does artwork and the rest is, as the kids say, history.

The artwork is created by Drew, the labels are the printed and added to the cans, and boom – you have "can-art" that you’ll only find here.

They have everything, from their tribute to the famous Nashville "Naked Statue," to their "Woo Girl" IPA - a shout-out to all those Bachelorette girls "wooing" their way down Broadway.

I love the Pedal Tavern IPA and their Songwriter Sour. It’s about as Nashville as you can get. So, belly-up to the bar, order your favorite brew, and check out the story the artwork on these cans provides. You’ll be glad you did!

Here’s an added bonus, TailGate even offers a rotating beer list, wine list, liquor, and a full gourmet pizza menu. They do tours and events, too! Check them out at tailgatebeer.com.
