Wine lovers will have one more reason to celebrate this coming holiday season when Aldi’s wine Advent calendars finally hit stores in the United States. Previously, the kitschy wine-filled calendar was only available at the supermarket chain’s locations across the pond in the U.K.

Set to hit stores on Nov. 7, this year’s edition will cost $69.99 and it holds 24 mini bottles of various wines, one for every day from Dec. 1 through Christmas Eve.

This is not the first time Aldi has packaged booze in a fun and convenient way, so we’re guessing their take on an Advent calendar will be just as great as their other award-winning alcoholic beverages.

If you’re unfamiliar with the concept of an Advent calendar, it’s a special, three-dimensional calendar, typically made of wood or cardboard, and it’s used to count down the days of Advent, the season leading up to Christmas Day on Dec. 25.

Each day on the calendar has a small door that can be opened to find a tiny treat or trinket inside. Traditionally, Advent calendars are made for children, and the prizes found inside are of the candy or toy variety. Of course, Aldi’s wine-filled version is an adults-only treat.

And did we mention the chain is also rolling out a cheese-filled calendar for $12.99? Nothing says the holidays like wine and cheese, so whether you celebrate Christmas, Hanukah or another winter holiday, these adult Advent calendars sound like a surefire way to get in the festive spirit this year.

Not a wine lover? There are other boozy Advent calendars out there for craft beer aficionados, whiskey fans and more. There’s also a cosmetics-filled Advent calendar, as well as DIY Advent calendars that can be fun for the whole family.

Aldi’s fun and delicious wine and cheese calendars are sure to sell out quickly, so make sure to hit an Aldi in your area as soon as they go on sale!
