One person was killed and two others were injured in a crash in Dickson County.
The two-vehicle wreck happened Sunday night in the 1200 block of Stayton Road.
Officials with the Tennessee Highway Patrol said 34-year-old Joshua Farley was traveling west when he lost control while going around a curve.
His car struck an SUV being driven by 65-year-old Pamela Batey.
Farley's passenger, 39-year-old William Davidson, was killed in the crash. Troopers said he was not wearing a seat belt.
Charges were pending in the case. Authorities said safety restrains would have made a difference in the wreck.
